Feng Chia students' research skills recognized by the National Science Council Undergraduate Student Research Project sets a new record for applications and approvals

Feng Chia University applied for 295 research projects in the National Science Council's 113th Undergraduate Student Research Project, of which 147 were approved, with a total grant amount of more than 8 million yuan, and a pass rate of about 50%, higher than the national pass rate, proving the students' independent thinking and research capabilities that cannot be underestimated.

Feng Chia University ranks first in the number of students admitted by application

The results of the university admission by application for the academic year 113 were announced today (13th). Feng Chia University had the highest number of students admitted by application among public and private universities in the country, with 2,295 people. The enrollment rate reached 91.6%, ranking first among all universities with an enrollment scale of more than 2,000 people.

The Australia Office visited our school on the 5th. Ma Jie, Director of the Business Office, led Senior Business Manager Lu Zhu Zhen, Business Manager Hu Ying Jun, and New South Wales Taiwan Director Zhang Jun Ming to visit the school’s Board of Directors, Principal’s Office, International Office, and International College, School of Business and School of Innovation. Feng Chia University Upgrades 5G Campus: Enhanced Environment for Students and Faculty.

To assist faculty and students from various departments in fully utilizing our university's 5G campus and effectively managing the utilization of the expanded 5G implementation, the Office of Technology Development and the 5G Laboratory have been conducting several related educational training courses since the year 2024, allowing faculty and students to experience the expanded and upgraded 5G campus firsthand.

Award-Winning School Technology: Sports AI Advances with Real-Time Soccer Tactical Analysis System.

Director Hwai Jung Hsu from the Artificial Intelligence Research Center at Feng Chia University led a team to participate in the first "2023 Sports Data Ideathon," organized by the Administration for Digital Industries. Their proposal for the "Real-Time Tactical Analysis System for Soccer Matches" stood out in the finals and received an outstanding achievement award, with a total prize of NT$500,000.

All 7 departments of Feng Chia University passed the 2024 IEET International Engineering Education Certification.

"Institute of Engineering Education Taiwan" IEET announced that the school's Department of Civil Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering and Systems Management, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Department of Transportation and Logistics, Department of Mechanical and computer-Aided Engineering, Department of Environmental Engineering and Science, and the Department of Fiber and Composite Materials, have all passed the 2024 International Engineering Education Certification, reaffirming the university's teaching quality in the field of engineering and cultivating industries.
